I was just talking with our Risk Managment guru about earthquakes. In particular, my need to reinforce some art hanging on my walls at home. I remember mentioning that Japan has the most seismic area, and that they often experience small (2.0 or smaller) quakes multiple times a month.
From some captivating images of Japan, visit this blog. Despite active news coverage since 1am, the one headline I'm not seeing is "millions saved in Japan by good engineering and government building codes". But it's the truth.
